Error with the license server

Dear all,
I have installed the Cryosparc 2.12.4 version; following the commands for stand alone master and worker. However when I tried to run the job; its giving the following error
“Error connecting to cryoSPARC license server. Checking local license file. Could not find local license file. Please re-establish your connection to the license servers”.

Any suggestions,

Hi @eswar909, can you please confirm the master node has Internet access? The above message indicates that you do not.
