Error with different box size input volumes

Hi,

When I input volumes with different box sizes to 3D classification, I get the attached error. Other jobs in cryosparc automatically handle resampling volumes on the same grid, and 3D-classification does so for masks, but it seems not for volumes?

EDIT: Hmmm - I still get the same error even if I resample all volumes to the same box size… maybe it requires same box and pixel size?

Hey @olibclarke – your EDIT is correct, as implemented we do require the same box and pixel size for the initial volumes. Thanks for flagging this! We’ll update this pre-processing to allow for arbitrary volumes ASAP.
