ERROR: "No Heartbeat" and access to relion directory structure

Hi,
having experimented quite a bit with cryosparc I wanted to restart more or less from scratch and - with hindsight - configure the directories in a better way.

But:

  1. I did not get rid of all the data accumulated so far - how can I do so?
  2. I wanted to configure the newly installed SSD to be used by cryosparc but I could not find any way of doing so.
  3. I received repeatedly the Error ‘No Heartbeat’ followed by a crash. What does it mean?

All in all, I’d like to get direct access to the data under a directory structure of relion2 and use the particle images (together with the ctf parameters) in cryosparc without first putting all images in a single stack. Is this possible?
