Error connecting to cryoSPARC license server

Hi,

I just tried uploading a new dataset after using cryosparc, and it says
‘Error connecting to cryoSPARC license server. Checking local license file. Could not find local license file. Please re-establish your connection to the license servers.’
how do I resolve this issue? Thanks!

Actually the message I get is slightly different:

Error connecting to cryoSPARC license server. Checking local license file. Local license file is expired. Please re-establish your connection to the license servers.

Why has my local license file expired? How to solve that?

Our licensing servers are operational. Please ensure the update has completed successfully and your cryoSPARC license is set locally.
