Hello, I would like to inquire about an issue regarding cryoSPARC v4.7.1. The server in our laboratory is not allowed to connect to the intvernet, and the following error message appears when submitting a job:
“Error connecting to cryoSPARC license server. Checking local license file. Could not find local license file. Please re-establish your connection to the license servers.”
Could you please advise on how to re-establish the connection to the cryoSPARC license servers?
Please work with your network admin to allow outbound traffic from your CryoSPARC master host to https://get.cryosparc.com/. This outbound traffic is required by CryoSPARC.
