Equal particle bins for 3D-VA display?

Hi,

Would it be possible to add a mode to 3D-VA display (intermediates mode) which instead of grouping the data in windows spanning equal ranges of the component value, instead groups the into bins of equal particle number (or percentage)?

This would I think provide a smoother portrayal of the underlying conformational change in some cases (particularly non-linear cases), as each reconstruction would have approximately the same number of particles.
