EMDB ID import only works with tutorial's entry

Dear cryosparc team

I tried to import several EMDB entries for 70S ribosomes but none worked. (example: 31266 (EMDB < EMD-31266))

Then I tried the entry that’s in the cryosparc tutorials and it worked.

Thank you for reporting this! We’ve identified the issue and will work to resolve it. I will post in this thread when there is a patch or update available.

@sdawood Has any progress been made on a patch? or is there a workaround that we can implement?
