Editing GPU specifications in the GUI

Hi,

When I queue jobs, I have a few different lanes i can choose from that are organized by the administrator at my lab. There is an option to edit the script, but when i edit them, the changes are not carried over when the job is running and i check the script. So, I normally queue the job, kill it, edit the script in the terminal, and resubmit through the terminal. Is there anything I could do to make the changes i make in the gui to carry over?

Please can you post

  • a screenshoot that shows where in the GUI you would edit the script
  • the outputs of these commands:
cryosparcm status | grep HOSTNAME
cryosparcm cli "get_scheduler_targets()"
