Is it possible to add an option to automatically reduce number of classes during 3D classification?
Usually we need to provide enough number of classes so all conformational changes can be revealed. But at the beginning we won’t know the exact number of classes. I prefer to give a relative large number of classes at the first classification, and after several iterations, some classes will become empty (or nearly empty). Since large number of classes will slow down the job, if we could remove empty classes during the job running, we may speed up the classification.
