Dynamic masking set by alignment resolution (bug?)

Hi,

The “resolution to begin dynamic masking” parameter used to be set by the GS-FSC resolution. It now seems like it is set by the alignment resolution, because when I manually set a lower resolution for alignment than 12 Å, which is sometimes useful, dynamic masking is never applied, even though the GS-FSC resolution exceeds the threshold. This seems like a bug?

Hey Oli,

Thanks for pointing this out, we got it tracked now. This does look like a bug, the alignment resolution is used instead of the current resolution.
