Hi,
I am noticing in my Topaz picking and extraction runs that the program is picking the same particle multiple times. My hypothesis is that this behaviour in influenced by the expected number of particles criterion that needs to be fulfilled for the GE-Binomial algorithm. Is there a way in csparc to mitigate this behaviour?

FYI, I am running the latest version of csparc with the patch that was released to get Topaz running again.

Hi Pranav - the other thing that will influence this is the extraction radius - this is in binned (downsampled) pixels, and should be normally set to approximately match the max radius of your particle - does increasing this help?

Oli is right. This is something that should be solved by simply increasing the extraction radius.
