Documentation said that it works with CUDA version ≥ 10 and ≤ 11.2. May I ask if it works with 11.2.2, or only up to 11.2.0? Thanks a lot!
I’m running it with 11.5 right now. 11.4 had some issues, but I know 11.3 worked fine as well. That information may be old, or it may just be what’s officially supported.
Thanks for the info. I was also running cryoSPARC 3.2.0 with CUDA 11.3.1. When installing 3.3.1, I followed the documentation, which could be old, and used CUDA 11.2.2. Since then, we have been seeing plenty of CUDA out of memory error. I am now thinking of going with CUDA 11.3 or 11.5.
I’m running with CUDA 11.5 in Debian 11, everything is working.
Thank you for info! It’s very helpful.

We have 2x RTX-3090’s on our work station, but IT made us upgrade Ubuntu to 20.04.04 LTS.
Cryosparc has not had any problems (yet).
