Disk I/O error when adding new dataset

Hi,

Every time I add a new dataset now I get this error - any suggestions for a fix? The disk is fine, and cryosparc 2 is working fine, so I suspect the cryosparc 1 database has become corrupted somehow but I don’t know how to fix it, and I don’t want to wipe it…
