Directory access denied in cryosparc 2.9.0

Hi,
I am facing the following error message when trying to go into a directory on our BeeGFS server and trying to import particles/movies:
Could not list directory. Invalid date
Has anyone seen this before ? The tme stamps for the directories look ok!

Hi @arka,

We’ve never used BeeGFS in our development lab- is it possible if you can check with your system’s administrator? Also, can you confirm that your system time is correct?
