It appears that you cannot train a denoising model from micrographs that were aligned in cryosparc live. This required me to import my eer movies then run another patch motion job on a subset of movies to get the denoising training output. Did I miss an option in the live setup? If not, it would be great to integrate this into live so you do not have to perform this workaround
