Hi, I`m trying to process data from a Falcon3 with an obvious line of defected pixels. How can I generate a defect file to avoid further processing on this?

Does every movie/every frame have this black bar at exactly the same location? You can try modifying the gain file so that the pixels corresponding to these lines are set to zeros in the gain file. I think cryosparc is supposed to treat zero pixels in the gain file as bad pixels.
Can the facility were the data were recorded provide a suitable defect file, perhaps along with instructions on how to use it in CryoSPARC?
