Default box size of particles should max at actual box size

Hi,

The default box size for heterogeneous refinement is 128 pixels.

This remains the case if the particles used are smaller (e.g. rescaled to 64 pixels) - in this case cryosparc interpolates to 128.

Is there a reason for this, or would it be better to alter this behavior so that if the box size of the particles is smaller than the default box size, cryosparc decreases the default box size to match the particle size?

Cheers
Oli
