Hello, we are seeing some problems with files getting locked, it makes projects unusable and sometimes we even need to start them from scratch. Is there any way to trouble shoot this or recover the projects? Some jobs work and others do not.
Talking to my sysadmin there seems to be some problem with mongodb.
