Hi, I performed local motion correction with 640 box size. GPU is 2080Ti. Cryosparc version is 3.2.0. CUDA version is 10.1.
It report error as below. I can run this box size with a test dataset of 10 movies.

Hi @samuelhao, how many particles are there in your full dataset?
Also, can you try running again but setting
“Maximum alignment resolution (A)”
to a lower resolution (i.e. higher number)? The default is 5, you can try 7 or 8
