Cuda_error_illegal_address

I always get this error when I do hetero refinement. How can I solve it

A little more information is needed…

Your screenshot indicates a 40GB A100: does that system have multiple GPUs?

What driver version are you running?

What version of CryoSPARC?

Does the error occur for other tasks? (Patch Motion, Patch CTF, Particle picking, GPU extraction or 2D classification?)

system has multiple GPUs
the driver version is 535.161.07
cryosparc version is 4.5.3
only hetero reports this error when hetero runs for about an hour everytime
thank you

Interesting. Does it happen on the extensive validation/benchmark run? Or just this dataset? Does the job complete if you manually assign to a different GPU?

only in this dataset. different GPU doesn’t change anything

Welcome to the forum @pulan.
Please can you post:

  • the number of input volumes
  • the box size (num pixels) of the input particles
  • Refinement box size (Voxels)
  • any other non-default parameters

Hm. Makes me suspect a currupt micrograph or particle…

problem sovled ,thank you

problem solved, thank you

Excellent. Please can you you let us know how your resolved the problem.
