I’m using cryoSPARC live to process some data collected with a phase plate. In the UI for the phase shift parameter it’s saying the plot is in degrees, but it’s only registering a 1-3 degree shift. The images though are showing a good contrast increase though so I’m wondering if it’s an inaccurate label because the values would make sense if they were in Rads instead of degrees.
