CTF parameters which are contained only in the rlnOpticsData table of Relion 3.1+ .star files aren’t imported by cryoSPARC 3.0.1. Sorry if this is already reported.

A fix for this is coming out in v3.1. Currently, the data_optics table is ignored, but in the future release, it will be inner joined to the data_particles table on the rlnOpticsGroup field. Unfortunately, higher order aberration values are still not converted to cryoSPARC conventions.
