Hi,
I just installed cryosparc v3.0 from a fresh install. I am using a Ubuntu 18.04 OS and installed it using the standalone option and the default port of 39000.
Everything seems to be going fine until I go to queue a job and there are no lanes for me to choose from? If i continue with the prompt, then the job is just queued and sits there.
Any thoughts/ideas/solves would be much appreciated.
Hi @jodo, there was previously an issue with some fresh installs that prevented it from completing all the way through. We’ve addressed the issue in the installer, so if you try the fresh install now it should work.
