CryoSPARC v3.0.1 has been released, which addresses bugs that some users have encountered since the cryoSPARC v3.0.0 launch.
If you encounter an error while updating to or on cryoSPARC v3.0.0, update to cryoSPARC v3.0.1 first to make sure your issue hasn’t already been fixed.

I try to use the latest version of v3.0.1, but I don’t know why it become so slower than the old version when 2D classfication is processing. I have cache particle images on SSD.

Just wanted to flag this: when cloning a job from cs 2.15 (at least “Heterogeneous refinement”), an error about a missing distplot appears at the very beginning, before classification.
There is no issue when creating a completely new job.
