Dear CryoSPARC Team and Community,
I am experiencing an issue where cryosparc gets stuck while loading jobs in a specific workspace (P4 W7), making it unusable. Other workspaces are working fine, so I suspect some database corruption in this specific workspace.
In the tree view, most thumbnails appear correctly, but the “status LED” is greyed out for all jobs. Individual jobs do not load when I try to open them. I suspect that job J4148 might be the cause of the issue. When I try to clear it, I get an error mentioning an invalid length or type code. I was able to delete ancestor jobs (e.g. J4147), but not J4148.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue before? Are there any recommended steps to diagnose or fix it?
For reference, I am running CryoSPARC v4.6.2 on Manjaro Linux, single workstation. I already tried restarting cryosparc and my machine.
