Cryosparc stops working after several days

Hello,

We encounter a strange problem to use cryosparc. Cryosparc will automatically stop after several days.

  1. Operating system: ubuntu 22.04 LTS
  2. Cryosparc version: 4.30
  3. Instation of cryosparc: One master and five workers. master communicates with workers using ssh.
  4. all these six workstations were managed by our IT department. All machines uses the same password and username to login for one user, which is controlled by the keberos authentication protocol. We don’t have this problem before when using LDAP authentication protocol.
  5. Error message: /usr/bin/env: ‘bash’: key has expired when running cryosparcm status
