Cryosparc quit unexpectedly

The software exits automatically when I want to run more than one program, and now I still get an error when I run just one program.
the software version isv4.6.0, Is it the computer or the software version?

  • provide more details about your CryoSPARC installation, from the outputs of these commands
    uname -a
free -h
cryosparcm env | grep HOSTNAME
cryosparcm cli "get_scheduler_targets()"
sudo journalctl | grep -i oom
  • describe what programs, when started, cause CryoSPARC to exit
  • post the errors and describe the symptoms when CryoSPARC exists due to another programs startup
