Hi - we’re running cryosparc v 4.7.1+251125 and just within the last week I’m seeing this odd behavior in cryosparc live where the file system shows 1193 movies, but even after waiting overnight the live run only shows 1011 images processed and while it extracted 333328 the streaming 2D classification has shown waiting for several hours now showing it’s only seeing 278032 particles. I’m not sure where to start looking to see where we might have had something pop up. This just started recently until that point it was never an issue with this version.
