Cryosparc license verify failed behind proxy server

I installed a standalone cryosparc,which do not work. I tried to verify license,but failed.

It seems the server connect to internet through a proxy device.
Any suggestion is appreciate.

It seems like there is a firewall in place at your institution that is blocking connections to cryoSPARC’s licensing servers. Please ensure your institution allows connections the following endpoint: - it needs to be accessible for cryoSPARC to work.
