CryoSPARC becomes unresponsive after attempting to clear intermediate results

Dear CryoSparc community,

I tried to clean up the intermediate files from cryosparc but it was frozen and lasted for two weeks by now.

Do you know how to stop this?

Hi @Nier-Cryo,

The actual process of clearing intermediate results may have completed, but the notification may be lingering. You can clear the notification by navigating to the Resource Manager and hitting “clear” next to the notification in the Notification Manager tab. To check if the process is actually still running, can you send me logs: cryosparcm log command_core
