CPU extraction error: 'Dataitem' object has no attribute 'keys'

Hi,

I tried CPU particle extraction, using 40 CPUs, downsampling from 512 to 128. It fails using the attached error, while GPU extraction works fine.

Hi @olibclarke, thanks for reporting. This is a known issue which happens when the particles don’t have CTF information. It will be fixed in the next version of cryoSPARC within a few days.

OK thanks! To be clear in this case the micrographs had CTF information (from Patch CTF) but the coordinates were raw coords from crYOLO, so that may well have been the issue.
