Please can you post:

  1. outputs of the commands
    grep -v LICENSE_ID /home/cryosparc_user/software/cryosparc/cryosparc_master/config.sh

cryosparcm start
  2. after startup, in a separate shell if startup is “hanging”, outputs:
    ps -eo user,pid,ppid,start,command | grep -e cryosparc_ -e mongo
ls -l /tmp/mongo*.sock /tmp/cryosparc*.sock
curl 127.0.0.1:39001
curl r16763:39001
