Connection fails while installing

I’m installing on a system which connects to the internet via a proxy. During cryosparcm start, I get the error below. However, crysosparc appears to work. Also, when I check on port 39005, I get “cryosparc live startup complete”.

Could there be a race condition, and some process does not start until the cryosparcm script finishes?

Hi @mhucsf,

It’s hard to decode exactly what’s happening, but try unsetting the proxy variable when turning on cryoSPARC. You can also change the master hostname to be localhost if this is a standalone installation (you can change the hostname in cryosparc2_master/config.sh, then restart cryoSPARC)
