In the output particle dataset of 3DVA job, there is the field like “components_mode_X/component = Y”.
Are the X and Y are always the same? Or can they differ in some case? If they can differ, which should I rely on to access a specific component?
X and Y are always the same. We’ve set it up this way so that the components could be named in some other manner, but we have not used that anywhere within CryoSPARC for now.
