I am trying to combine a relion extracted particles stack with several old cryosparc extracted particles. When I try to do the 2d classification, it gave me this kind of results:
I suspect that it is bc cryosparc use different normalization for the particles compare to relion. Anyone know how to resolve this issue? Thanks
