Collected cryo data in .mrc file format

Hi.
I have collected CryoEm data from another institute in .mrc file. when I tried to do import movies in cryosparc, it was showing your movie has only one frame. So, it’s better to do in import micrograph option. It worked. As I don’t have movies, motion correction I can’t do. I don’t know what will happen further.

Depending on whether you collected the data yourself or received the data from a collaborator at the other institute, you may want to confirm with the microscope facility or collaborator

  • whether the single-frame mrc files are the result of some preliminary processing (like motion correction)
  • whether upstream, multi-frame data related to this data collection exist
  • recommendations for next processing steps
