I have a question about clearing intermediate results in cryosparc to save disk space. In cryosparc website, it is said that “Unused intermediate results can be cleared from iterative jobs to save space. This action can be executed at a job level (by clicking the “Clear Intermediate Results” button on the Job Details panel) or at a project level for every job (by clicking the “Clear Intermediate Results” button on the Project Details panel).”Do I still need those intermediate results when uploading to EMDB or EMPAIR?
The second question is about archive. I made a tar file using the command “tar -cvhf P2.tar ./P2 -h”. The P2.tart file should include the raw data (motion corrected micrographs, and particles)?
