Class flow matrix should have integer class number

Minor bug - Y-axis of class flow matrix plot in 3D-classification should have integer values only (there are no half-classes).

I also wonder whether the diagonal values are useful - maybe it would be better to just show the off-diagonal cells? As the diagonal represents particles that haven’t changed class assignment, when classification is getting close to convergence they will dominate the color scale (as 90%+ particles will be in this cell).

@olibclarke all tick marks should now be integers in v4.1.2. Thanks for reporting! FYI: we decided to leave the diagonal colours as is for now to match the class flow bipartite graph, but will consider updating in the future!
