Clarification regarding pre-installation step: SSH into the workstation

I met this error when “ssh cryosparcuser@uoft " in the first step " Log into the workstation where you would like to install and run cryoSPARC”. What is the the username of the account and the hostname of the server ? Need help! thanks!

Hi @jingxinxin,

As the instructions note, you need to SSH into the machine you would like to install cryoSPARC with valid credentials - the ones provided in the documentation are just examples.

I would recommend contacting the system administrator of your institution/department if you need assistance creating an account or accessing the machine.
