Checkdb and pymongo error

while updating to 4.1, I got following error, please suggest how to update successfully.

Database error after v4.1.0 update

If CryoSPARC failed to start with a pymongo error after an update to CryoSPARC v4.1.0 or v4.1.1, you may try the following: ensure that cryosparc_master software is at either v4.1.0 or v4.1.1 download cryosparc_master_patch.tar.gz confirm file integrity. I tried it and got this error

1. ps axuww | grep mongod
2. ls -al /home/cryosparcuser/cryosparc/cryosparc_database/

Hi,
It was giving errors and the database was not starting so I tried re-installing it, however this also giving error. Please find attached error.

@dipu Are there any error messages at the end of the output from
cryosparcm log database
?
