Is there a way to have one single centralized installation of cryoSPARC for mutiple GPU workstations (~10 workstations in our case)? As high performance GPU cards are now very affordable, and each individual would like to run cryoSPARC on their own workstation. We would like to avoid separate installations per workstation if possible.

Hi Harry,
Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Currently cryoSPARC can only run jobs on the same machine where it is installed. We are working on support for the multi-node environment, but as you can imagine the software complexity of managing multiple nodes while keeping data, results, etc consistent in the central database to serve the web application is non-trivial. For now each workstation will need it’s own installation.
