Can't log into cryosparc with the web browser

I’ve tried firefox (v60) and google chrome (v70) and when I go to localhost:39000 the login screen briefly appears for me to type in my email and password, but then disappears all in less than a second. I’m running a brand new install of cryoSPARC version: v2.4.0

CryoSPARC System master node installed at
/home/cryosparc/software/cryosparc/cryosparc2_master
Current cryoSPARC version: v2.4.0

I have just installed cryoSPARC and encountered the very same error.
I then run ‘cryosparcm restart’ command to stop and start the software and then was able to log into cryoSPARC web app in Firefox. The web app appeared to be working fine after I logged out and then back in into the system (centOS 7).
