Cannot get the database started

Hi,
I am using cryosparc at the Texas advanced computing center. One of the

team members installed cryosparc in my account but I see the following error when I start the software “cannot get the database started”. Attached is the output file

Please can you post additional information to help in troubleshooting:

1. output of the command

ps -eo user,pid,ppid,start,cmd | grep -e mongo -e cryosparc_
cryosparcm log database | grep -A 1 '2024-04-12T15:3'
