Can we mention node name in the CryoSPARC job submission tab. That can appear in CryoSPARC ui while launching the jobs

Hello,

We have a Cluster with CryoSPARCv4.3.1 installed. We have lanes with partition names; here we can add Node names(instance type) in the same lanes based on the resources.

Welcome to the forum @rajesh.

Cluster lanes are designed to have a single cluster target, Node lanes can have multiple node targets.
A node target can be added to a new or existing node-type lane with the cryosparcw connect command.
