The sys admin are having some trouble with a Kubernetes type installation. Can someone at Cryosparc help us at the Salk Institute

I guess you need to test that cryosparc run first on a docker, then create a Dockerfile with the installation procedure, then give it to the SysAdmin so that they can run int as a pod in your kubernetes cluster.
There are so many things that could be defined as independent dockers here anyway… unfortunately I don’t have a working docker (or kubernetes) solution, but I’m very interested also, so let me know if you find a Docker definition that works on your case.
