Can not perform example Dataset (OSerror [Errno2])

Hi,

I am totally new both in structural biology and Ubuntu.
Recently, our lab build a new sever and I want to try if it can work for Cryosparc.
The main system is installed without error message; however, I can not perform system tuning without a superuser account.
After the sample dataset downloaded, I load the meta and image files as direction.

After push the Launch button, the error message was appeared as follow:

Does it means hardware tuning or path error?

Refer to this thread “When I launch the job, error shows up. Has anyone met same problems and fixed it?”

I add /sbin to the PATH and it can launch now.
