Bug in Reference Based Auto Select 2D

I’m facing a bug with the “Reference Based Auto Select 2D” job, which remains queued as an SSD is not available.

I do not have an SSD associated with the CryoSPARC installation and have turned off the project-level “Enable SSD Caching”.

I’m running CryosPARC v4.5.3, but I could not tell by the patch notes whether the most recent patch v4.5.3+240807 would also sort this issue.

Apologies you’re facing this issue. This is currently a bug in Reference Based Auto Select 2D that needs to be fixed. We’ve made a note of it and thank you for reporting. Unfortunately there is no simple workaround at this time

Did you observe this issue on a job that newly created on CryoSPARC v4.7.0, as opposed to a rerun of a job that was originally created in an earlier version of CryoSPARC?
