Box size and running local cross validation in NU refinement

Hi,

I encountered an issue while working with an original box size of 1120 pixels. The error occurred during the local cross-validation process of NU refinement, and it resulted in a failure. Even when I downscaled the box size to 560 pixels, the problem persisted.

I am wondering how much box size can overcome the error.
The GPU type is rtx a5000 with 24 GB memory,
it was told to be able to handle box size with 1274 pix in the tutorial,

https://guide.cryosparc.com/processing-data/tutorials-and-case-studies/performance-metrics does not currently apply to non-uniform refinement. It is possible you may have to further reduce the box size. Please can you post (as text) the actual traceback of the error to ensure that we are discussing the “correct” error.
