Hi specialists,
My cryoSPARC version is 0.6.1
I tried to run heterogenous refinement with icosahedral symmetry on icosahedral virus data. I tried to set option “Symmetry” with I or I1, but It didn’t work. The error output is following.
CAUTION: RUNNING EXPERIMENTAL MULTIREFERENCE REFINEMENT
====== Multireference Refinement ======
Refining Structures with volume size 256.

assert params.refine_symmetry == ‘C1’, “Symmetry is not yet supported in multireference refinement”
AssertionError: Symmetry is not yet supported in multireference refinement
While I try C1 symmetry, it works. However, the reconstructed map doesn’t show a icosahedral solid.
