Assertion error in non-uniform refinement

Hi,
I keep getting an assertion error when running non-uniform refinement.It seems to go through the first iteration fine and then gets stuck after that. It only happens with this one particular project. Non-uniform refinement is working fine for my other projects. Any ideas on how to fix this would be wonderful.

Hi,
I was able to “solve” this by using a larger box size for particle extraction. Any particular reason why NU refinement would require a larger box size?

Thanks for the tip, this solved the problem for me too. Not sure why either.
